Christantus Uche has returned to Getafe following the completion of his loan spell at Crystal Palace, Trybal News reports.

The Nigerian forward struggled for regular playing time during his season in England, making limited appearances as Crystal Palace competed in the Premier League and Europe. Despite this, Uche made an impact in the UEFA Conference League, where his strike during the competition was voted the club’s Goal of the Season.

With his loan now concluded, Uche has rejoined Getafe and is expected to begin pre-season preparations with the La Liga side. The player is understood to be keen on re-establishing himself at the club ahead of the 2026/27 campaign.

However, Getafe are reportedly open to selling the 23-year-old should an offer in the region of €15 million arrive this summer. The Spanish club view Uche as one of their most valuable assets and a sale would help improve their financial position ahead of the new season.

Interest in the attacker is growing, with Real Betis and Real Sociedad among the clubs monitoring his situation. Several clubs outside Spain are also understood to be following developments.

Uche’s future is expected to be one of Getafe’s key transfer stories during the summer window.
