Nigerian striker Tolu Arokodare continued his impressive scoring streak on Sunday as Ajax secured a comfortable 0-4 victory away to Telstar in the VriendenLoterij Eredivisie, Trybal News reports.
After a difficult first half in which Ajax struggled to create clear-cut opportunities, Davy Klaassen eventually broke the deadlock in the 37th minute.
Ajax returned from the interval with greater intensity, with Steven Berghuis doubling their advantage in the 56th minute. Just four minutes later, Arokodare got on the scoresheet to make it 0-3.

Berghuis played a key role in the goal, setting up Arokodare, who calmly finished to maintain his scoring run and further underline his growing importance to the Amsterdam side.
Arokodare produced an energetic all-round display. The striker registered two shots, completed 10 of his 11 passes and made five successful dribbles from seven attempts. He also contributed defensively, recording two defensive actions and winning five of seven ground duels.
The Nigerian was also involved in the aerial battle throughout the game, competing in eight aerial duels and winning three.
Marcos Leonardo added Ajax’s fourth in the 78th minute, completing a dominant second-half performance and sealing all three points for Míchel Sánchez’s side.
With another goal to his name, Arokodare continues to build momentum at Ajax as the new Eredivisie season gathers pace.
