Newly promoted Nigeria Premier Football League side Ranchers Bees have appointed Usman Abd’Allah as their new head coach on a two year contract, marking the start of a new chapter for the Kaduna based club ahead of the upcoming NPFL season.
The club confirmed the appointment in a statement shared on social media, where former Ranchers Bees icon Ali Nayara officially welcomed the experienced tactician to the team.
The statement read: “A legendary Bee introducing a new leader.
The legendary Ali Nayara welcomes Usman Abdallah as our new Manager as Ranchers Bees Kaduna continues its journey towards greater success.
A new chapter begins, driven by ambition, hard work, and the desire to make our great club proud.
Welcome to the bees family Usman Abdallah!”
Abd’Allah arrives with a wealth of experience and a strong reputation in Nigerian football. The 51 year old is regarded as one of the most respected coaches in the domestic game and brings a proven track record of success to the club.
His coaching résumé includes guiding Enyimba to the 2018/19 Nigeria Professional Football League title. He has also managed several top clubs, including Kano Pillars and Katsina United, while gaining international experience with Benin Republic side USCN Cavaliers.
Last season, Abd’Allah had a brief spell with Remo Stars. However, he was unable to help the club avoid relegation before his departure.
Ranchers Bees will hope his experience and leadership can help establish the club in the top flight following their return to the NPFL. The Kaduna club secured promotion after finishing first in Nigeria National League Conference D last season, earning a place among the country’s elite teams.
With preparations for the new campaign already underway, Ranchers Bees will look to Abd’Allah to build a competitive side capable of making an immediate impact in the NPFL and ensuring the club’s long awaited return to the top division becomes a lasting one.
