Ranchers Bees have parted ways with technical adviser Usman Abd’Allah following a disappointing start to their return to the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL), Trybal News reports.
The Kaduna-based club announced Abd’Allah’s departure and the exit of some members of his technical crew on Sunday, two days after their 3-1 defeat to Shooting Stars in Ibadan.
Recently promoted to the NPFL after 16 years away, Ranchers Bees have struggled to find their footing in the top flight, recording two wins, two draws and five defeats in their opening nine matches.
The defeat to Shooting Stars extended their winless run to five matches, while their poor away form has further compounded their struggles. The Bees have lost all their away fixtures this season.
In a statement, the club thanked Abd’Allah and the departing members of his technical crew for their efforts and contributions during their time with the team, wishing them success in their future endeavours.
Abd’Allah becomes the second coach to leave his position in the NPFL this season. The experienced tactician has now parted ways with two clubs in 2026, having previously left his role at Remo Stars after a six-month spell that ended with the Ikenne-based club’s relegation.
Ranchers Bees currently sit 18th on the NPFL table with eight points from nine matches, placing them in the relegation zone.
The club is expected to announce a new head coach ahead of their next league fixture against Doma United, scheduled for next weekend at the Sani Abacha Stadium in Kano.
