AC Milan are preparing to open contract talks with teenage forward Alphadjo Cisse after his stunning hat trick against RB Salzburg in the Europa League, Trybal News.

The Italian club want to reward the 19 year old for his impressive start and secure his long term future. According to Gazzetta, Milan could begin formal discussions with his representatives by the end of next week.

The club hope to reach an agreement before the end of the year. Although Cisse already has a contract that runs until the summer of 2030, his rapid rise has prompted Milan to consider improved terms.

Alphadjo Cisse reportedly earns €800,000 per season. However, his salary could increase significantly if he signs the proposed new deal.

Alphadjo Cisse makes history with Europa League hat trick

The push to improve Cisse’s contract follows his outstanding display in Thursday’s 4-0 Europa League win over RB Salzburg.

The teenager scored a perfect hat trick and claimed the man of the match award. His performance also made him the youngest Italian player to score a hat trick in a major European competition.

As a result, Alphadjo Cisse has quickly strengthened his reputation as one of Europe’s most exciting young attacking talents. Milan’s management now view a contract upgrade as a priority after his emergence as a match winner.

Cisse’s rise follows an impressive development journey. Milan signed him from Hellas Verona at the end of the January transfer window earlier this year before sending him out on loan.

He spent the remainder of the 2025 to 2026 campaign with Catanzaro in Serie B. There, he scored six goals in 22 appearances and showed the finishing ability that convinced Milan to secure his signature.

Now, Alphadjo Cisse has carried that form into top flight football. He has scored five goals in his first seven appearances for Milan, giving the club further reason to move quickly on a new contract.

Milan hope the proposed agreement will reflect his growing importance to the team while protecting one of their most promising young players for the future.
