Wilfred Ndidi delivered a strong performance as Beşiktaş J.K. defeated Kocaelispor 1-0 away from home in the 24th round of the Turkish Super League.

The only goal of the match came in the 52nd minute when Emmanuel Agbadou scored with a well placed header following a corner. The defender rose highest in the box to net his first goal for the black and white side and seal an important victory.

Beşiktaş had earlier threatened in the 18th minute when Agyei advanced down the right wing and delivered a cross into the penalty area. Wilfred Ndidi reacted quickly to intervene, but goalkeeper Ersin Destanoğlu gathered the ball safely. Kocaelispor also created chances in the second half, including an effort from Nonge in the 63rd minute that went wide and a missed opportunity by Cerny in the 74th minute after a precise through pass.

Despite those chances, Beşiktaş held on to claim their third consecutive league win for the first time this season. The result moved them up to 46 points as they continue their push for a third place finish. Kocaelispor remain on 30 points.

Wilfred Ndidi played the full 90 minutes and controlled the midfield with his experience. He won seven of his ten ground duels, completed 45 of 50 passes and recorded 70 touches in an assured display.

Beşiktaş will next face league leaders Galatasaray S.K. in a crucial home derby, while Kocaelispor travel to take on Eyüpspor in their next fixture.
