Nigerian forward Terem Moffi scored his first goal for FC Porto in a dramatic fashion as the Portuguese giants secured a 3–1 Primeira Liga victory over F.C. Arouca at the Estádio do Dragão.
Porto made the perfect start, taking the lead in the opening minute through Oskar Pietuszewski, who finished clinically to stun the visitors early on. However, Arouca responded after the break, drawing level through Näis Djouahra to set up a tense second half.
With the match heading towards a draw, Porto were awarded a penalty deep into stoppage time, and William Gomes stepped up in the 90+1st minute to convert calmly and restore the hosts advantage. Moments later, Moffi put the result beyond doubt. The Super Eagles striker, who officially joined Porto on loan from OGC Nice, came off the bench in the 61st minute and sealed the victory in the 90+8th minute with a composed finish, registering his first goal for the club.

Despite limited involvement, Moffi made his impact count, having just three touches of the ball, completing both of his two passes, and recording one shot which resulted in the decisive goal.
Sanusi’s Strong Display

At left-back, Zaidu Sanusi delivered a disciplined and influential performance. He made two tackles and won both, recorded six defensive contributions, had 85 touches of the ball, and completed 46 of his 55 passes, playing a key role in both Porto’s defensive stability and build-up play.
The victory strengthens Porto’s position in the league standings, while Moffi’s instant impact and Sanusi’s consistency provide encouraging signs for the Nigerian duo moving forward.
