Nigeria’s Super Eagles have arrived in Marrakech ahead of their highly anticipated AFCON 2025 quarter-final clash in Morocco.
The team landed earlier today, with the full squad and technical staff on hand, ready to continue preparations for the knockout-stage encounter.
Nigeria is set to face Algeria at the Stade de Marrakech, in what promises to be one of the tournament’s most exciting matches, recalling their intense 2019 AFCON semi-final meeting, which Algeria won 2–1.
The Super Eagles reached the quarter-finals after an impressive group-stage performance and a convincing round of 16 victory, with key players in fine form and morale reportedly high in the camp.
With their arrival in Marrakech, the team is expected to carry out final training sessions and acclimatise fully to match conditions ahead of the crucial showdown.
