Nigerian striker Paul Onuachu delivered a standout performance with a brace to guide Trabzonspor to a commanding 3–0 victory over Samsunspor in their Turkish Süper Lig clash on Saturday.

The visitors took control early in the encounter, with Onuachu opening the scoring in the 23rd minute to hand Trabzonspor a deserved lead. The forward later doubled his tally in the 81st minute, before Ernest Muçi sealed the emphatic win from the penalty spot deep into stoppage time.

The result confirmed Trabzonspor’s dominance on the day, as the match finished 0–3 in favour of the away side.

Onuachu’s latest goals mean the Super Eagles striker has now registered 15 league goals and one assist this season, a return that places him at the top of the Süper Lig scoring chart at the moment. Beyond his finishing, the striker contributed strongly to overall play, recording three shots, completing 22 of his 25 passes, and winning two of his three attempted dribbles in an all-action display.

Trabzonspor’s convincing victory further underlines their strong attacking form and provides valuable momentum as the league campaign intensifies, while Onuachu continues to enhance his reputation as one of Europe’s most lethal forwards this season.
