Anthony Nwakaeme delivered an influential performance while Paul Onuachu added his name to the scoresheet as Trabzonspor secured a 3–0 victory over Fethiyespor in a Turkish Cup Group A clash on Tuesday.

The home side controlled possession for much of the first half but struggled to convert their dominance into goals before the break. A potential setback was avoided shortly after the restart when Fethiyespor had an effort ruled out for offside following a VAR review.

Trabzonspor eventually found the breakthrough in the 69th minute, with Nwakaeme creating the opening for Ernest Muçi to finish and put the hosts ahead. The momentum quickly shifted, and Onuachu doubled the advantage eight minutes later after converting from close range to continue his strong scoring run this season.

Nwakaeme capped an impressive outing by getting on the scoresheet himself in the 79th minute, completing a decisive spell in which all three goals arrived within ten minutes.
