Durosinmi Rafiu played a key role for Pisa SC in their narrow 1-0 Serie A defeat to Bologna FC 1909, before being substituted in the 63rd minute.
The game started slowly, with few chances for either side. Pisa tried to stay compact, and Durosinmi was active in midfield, helping his team keep possession and link play.
During his time on the pitch, Durosinmi had 27 touches, completed 10 of 15 passes, and won five aerial duels, showing his involvement in the middle of the park. His fellow Nigerian, Akinsanmiro Ebenezer, remained on the bench.
Pisa threatened briefly after the hour mark, but goalkeeper Łukasz Skorupski made key saves for Bologna. Despite their efforts, Jens Odgaard scored a long-range winner in the 90th minute to hand Bologna all three points.
