Participants took part in hands on training designed to improve how clubs report matches and engage with fans. The sessions focused on key areas such as match reporting, content planning, photography, social media strategy and live matchday coverage, with an emphasis on delivering consistent and high quality content.

The programme also introduced modern digital workflows, guiding participants on how to capture real time moments during matches and package content for wider distribution across multiple platforms. The initiative aimed to ensure that clubs of all sizes can effectively tell their stories and contribute to the overall visibility of the competition.

With the Lagos FA Cup draw scheduled to take place later in on Tuesday evening, the workshop provides a strong foundation for what is expected to be a well covered and engaging tournament season across Lagos football.
