The Super Eagles’ transit camp at the Renaissance Hotel in Cairo, Egypt, is beginning to take shape as more players arrive ahead of the Africa Cup of Nations.
By midnight, six expected players, Amas Obasogie, Semi Ajayi, Ademola Lookman, Igho Ogbu, Bright Osayi-Samuel and Tochukwu Nnadi had checked into camp and were received by the coaching crew and team officials.
Earlier in the day, Fisayo Dele-Bashiru and Ebenezer Akinsanmiro had also arrived, joining goalkeepers Francis Uzoho and Stanley Nwabali.
In total, 10 players are now present in camp as the Super Eagles continue preparations before heading to Morocco for the main tournament.
